Søren Kierkegaard
Kierkegaard (1813 – 1855) was a 19th century Danish philosopher and theologian. He wrote prolifically and under a variety of pseudonymns. The writings in the latter part of his life were taken up with an attack upon "Christendom", the fusion of church and state.
