DRUG CONFUSION
On seeing the brightly coloured bus, something inside Jamie clicked
Out in the bustling streets of London's Stratford, Jamie noticed a brightly-coloured bus. It had 'Jesus' written on its side. Something inside him clicked.
The night before, just two weeks out of prison, he'd ended up the evening on cocaine. Confused, he wrote down on a piece of paper: 'I am a sinner'.
Now, seeing the name of Jesus, he remembered this. Two men stepped off the bus to talk to him and he began to weep.
Over the next three days, he came back to the Jesus army bus for prayer - or just to be with his new friends. Sunday saw him in church with his wife and daughter.
And that's how his new life in Jesus began!
