DEFYING the stereotype of a quiet old lady, at 77 years old, Pam Selmes was born again and now has people at her house "all the time".
Pam was born in Derbyshire, but her father worked with the railway so the family moved around a lot. "My mother never minded moving," she recalls.

"God Spoke to me in a Dream"

It was my fourth week in London. I'd been eating from bins. One evening, in Leicester Square, I met the Jesus Army, giving out food, hot coffee - and love.
Later that night - back at the boiler outlet where I was sleeping - I prayed before I went to sleep that God would help me. That night I had a very vivid dream of an orchard with apples on lines of trees.
